David Paul Jones is an Edinburgh-based composer, pianist and vocalist specialising in music for piano, the human voice and music for theatre. He has written and performed throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide including Australia, the Middle East and South America. He is producer of his contemporary classical collective DPJ ensemble and his debut album Something There is recorded on Linn Records.

His vocal works for other artists include songs written for soprano Lisa Milne, Alyth McCormack and choral works for the Edinburgh Royal Choral Union and the National Youth Choir of Scotland. His theatre soundtracks and sound designs include work for Grid Iron, Catherine Wheels, Cryptic and National Theatre Of Scotland.
